How does payment work right now?
Once a host accepts your request, you'll get an email from them to confirm details and arrange payment. Online checkout is coming soon.
Is my lease okay with renting my chair?
Many salon and suite leases allow it, some don't. Check yours before you list. We ask every host to confirm it when they apply.
What do stylists need to book?
An active Arizona cosmetology, hairstylist or barber license and their own professional liability insurance.
Who supplies color and products?
Stylists bring their own unless the host's listing says backbar product is included.
Can I cancel?
Each host sets their own cancellation policy. You'll find it under House rules on every listing.
Trust & safety
You're handing over your space. We take that seriously.

Every request includes the stylist's Arizona license number, so hosts can look it up with the state board before saying yes.
